Shipping and Delivery

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated at the final stage of checkout. These rates are determined based on the total weight of your order, the number of items, and the destination address.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on local postal services and customs processing for international orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping to almost every country.


Orders and Production

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our items are made to order, your purchase is sent to our production facility immediately after the order is placed. Consequently, we are unable to cancel or modify orders (including changes to size, color, or shipping address). We kindly ask that you verify all details before finalizing your purchase.

I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items in a single order are often shipped separately as they are completed. Do not worry—the remainder of your order is on its way and will arrive shortly.

I haven't received an order confirmation email.

If you do not see a confirmation in your inbox, please check your Spam or Promotions folders. If you opted for SMS notifications, your confirmation will be sent via text message instead.


Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the fact that every item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my item is damaged?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it for you.
